The Challenge

For two years, Algar applied artificial intelligence in its own operations and captured significant value in the process. When sharing these results with clients at events and within the ecosystem, the company began receiving direct demand for similar solutions. The existing portfolio, however, lacked depth in AI for the B2B market. Internal initiatives were isolated and not organized into a complete commercial offering. For 2026, Algar approved the structuring of a dedicated partnership and a squad to meet this demand and develop solutions for its client base.

The Solution

Algar, through Brain, and StaryaAI formed a 24-month partnership with automatic renewal to develop and deliver AI agents for the group's corporate clients. The model is Taylor Made: consultants and solution architects identify the operational, sales, or process problems of each client. StaryaAI handles the sale, delivery, and onboarding, acting as the support and sustaining arm of the projects, with continuous oversight from Algar and Brain. The partnership already has five agents in production and aims to reach 50 by the end of 2026.

How the model works

  1. Diagnosis

Consultants and solution architects map the problems and pain points of each Algar client.

  2. Delivery and onboarding

StaryaAI develops, deploys, and onboards each agent, with continuous support and sustaining.

  3. Joint governance

Governance is led by Danilo Moreira (StaryaAI) and Robson (Algar), with Brain oversight.

From internal operations to an offering

Algar turned internal learning into revenue.

Two years of applying AI in its own operations created the credibility and knowledge to bring this offering to market. The partnership with StaryaAI transformed this asset into a structured commercial portfolio for corporate clients in the healthcare, retail, industrial, and financial sectors.

The Results

The partnership between Algar, Brain, and StaryaAI began operations in 2026 with five agents already deployed and in production for the group's client base. The agents cover customer service, document verification, voice sales, financial self-service, and 24×7 digital concierge experience. The key messages the partnership reinforces in the market are innovation and speed of delivery.

The proof points already achieved include replacing 300 call center positions with 24×7 service, delivering a document verification agent for health plan contracting, health plan sales operations, beneficiary service, billing, and credit recovery. The quantitative results of the partnership will be measured over four months and validated by Algar and Brain teams before any indicator publication.

The Taylor Made model ensures that each deployment starts from a real problem diagnosis. This reduces the risk of projects without business adherence and increases the speed of value generation for the end client.

Testimonial

After working internally for the past two years, Algar captured immense value using data analytics and AI. When we started sharing these results with the market, we received direct demand from our clients. As a solutions company, we should provide this type of delivery. We approved the partnership with StaryaAI to address this need and develop solutions for our client base.
